Tinplate consists of five parts, from inside to outside, followed by steel substrate, tin ferroalloy layer, tin layer, oxide film
and oil film. It can be divided into equal thickness tinplate, differential thickness tinplate, primary tinplate and secondary
tinplate.Tinplate is generally manufactured according to the following procedures:Hot rolling,Cold rolling,Anneal,Flat rolling or

Application

Tinplate refers to the steel plate with a thin layer of metal tin on the surface. Tinplate is a steel plate about 2mm thick rolled from low carbon steel, which is processed by pickling, cold rolling, electrolytic cleaning, annealing, leveling and edge cutting, and then cut into finished tinplate after cleaning, electroplating, soft melting, passivation and oiling.
